Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link and tap a slot. That's it.
Can I close a signup at a specific time?
Yes, on every plan, free included. Set a "Stop taking sign-ups at" time when you create the sheet or later in its Settings, and it stops on its own. You can also set a time for sign-ups to open. Clear the time to reopen, or close the sheet by hand with one switch whenever you like.
What about reminders?
Every plan includes a day-before email reminder, on by default for new sheets. Pro and Business add week-ahead and morning-of reminders.
Can someone sign up twice by accident?
The same email can't take the same slot twice, including case and spacing variants. Organizers can also set a per-person limit, so one email can only hold a set number of slots on the sheet, waitlist spots included.
Is there an app?
The website works on every phone — that's the point. An iOS app for organizers who manage multiple rosters is coming in Fall 2026.
Can I export the list?
CSV download is included on Pro and Business.
Where is my data?
Stored in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your participant list. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
